We designed and built SQUID from scratch to ensure our guests, and the animals, have the best wildlife experience possible.

Did you know you can charter our Lithium Ion Electric Catamaran SQUID or our Sailing Catamaran Blu Q or our 6 passenger boat COWFISH for just your family or small group? We call this a “private charter”!

With prices starting as low as $750 for a 4 hour trip on COWFISH, It might be more affordable than you think, and it is a great way to spend quality time with your people while on your vacation in Key West.

We have private charter options for all of our regularly scheduled eco tours and these can be booked online without assistance. We also offer custom trips when requested or for special occasions. Examples may be extending the time of one of our trips to include watching the sunset, or maybe a trip to a sand bar where we help arrange for catering. Since there are lots of options on customized private charters, it’s easiest to talk to Jen and Billy about what you are planning and we can go from there!

Do you have a group Larger than 6, or would like to Sail or Kayak? Our Sailing Catamaran can also be booked for a Sandbar Private Charter!

Snorkel the Reef and Watch the Sunset

This is a three hour summertime seasonal trip, and is an amazing addition to our Dolphin Watch and Snorkel trip or our Kayak, dolphin watch and snorkel trip! Florida’s Barrier Reef is seven miles from Key West, it is a wonder of the world and June through September is typically the best time to explore it. As always with Honest Eco you can expect small group sizes, hospitable and knowledgeable biologist guides to lead your experience and organic snacks from Date and Thyme. The Reef is absolutely one of the most beautiful places to visit while in the keys and watching the sun drop behind the sea is is the best way to conclude another beautiful Key West day. Many of our guests book this trip in addition to one of our day time trips!
