Terms of Service

These terms apply to bookings with Honest Eco Tours, use of honesteco.org, and our booking text-message program. Honest Eco Tours is at 231 Margaret Street, Key West, FL 33040. Questions: (305) 294-6306 or [email protected].

Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are made through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. Once booked, your spot is guaranteed when you arrive on time for boarding. You can cancel or reschedule up to 6 days before your scheduled boarding time (30 days for private charters). Inside that window we cannot refund or reschedule, and we cannot refund a missed trip. If we cancel a trip because of severe or unsafe weather, you may reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a full refund. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.

Aboard our boats

Our vessels are U.S. Coast Guard inspected and federally regulated. No marijuana in any form is permitted aboard, regardless of Florida law. Beer and wine only, no glass, no smoking or vaping. Pets are not allowed on scheduled eco tours; they are welcome on private charters for a fee. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Our crew’s safety instructions must be followed at all times.
