SQUID was custom-designed by me and MIT-trained naval architect David Walworth, with you, our guest, at the heart of every decision. Growing up and working in my dad’s pharmacies I’ve known the importance of customer experience, and I’ve been obsessed with making sure my perspective aligns with yours.

SQUID was designed from the inside out, prioritizing your experience, comfort and enjoyment, drawing from my initial years as a dolphin-watch guest and my later experience running tours myself. SQUID looks totally unique because she is, by design, totally unique.

With three distinct viewing areas, a mix of sunny and shaded spots, and a clean, spacious bathroom, SQUID provides everything you need for an incredible dolphin-watching and snorkeling experience.

Cancellation, Optional Trip Insurance

Cancellation Policy & Optional Trip Insurance For Eco Tours

(Does Not Apply to Private Charters)

We strive to make your booking experience as flexible and accommodating as possible. Understanding that plans can change, we offer a generous cancellation policy and optional trip insurance for when flexibility is paramount.

Cancellation Policy:

Free Cancellation up to 6 Days: You can cancel or reschedule your trip at no charge up to 6 days (144 hours) prior to the departure time.
Within 6 Days: We cannot allow cancellations or rescheduling within 6 days of your trip. This policy applies regardless of when the booking was made.

Optional Trip Insurance:

Added Flexibility: For added peace of mind, we offer optional cancellation insurance that can be added to your booking during purchase. This insurance allows you to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, right up to the moment of departure.
Rescheduling: If you choose to reschedule, this will be subject to availability, ensuring we can accommodate your new preferred time without impacting other guests.

We recommend considering our cancellation insurance to cover unexpected changes such as illness or other unforeseen events. This option provides you with flexibility and ensures that you can enjoy your experience with us without worry.

Age & Physical Fitness Guidelines

While our tours are designed to be inclusive, accommodating guests of all ages, the specific activities featured, such as snorkeling or kayaking, may vary in accessibility and physical demands.

Please note that entering the kayaks, or ocean for snorkeling require a degree of mobility to manage entry and exit.

Pets

Pets Policy

While we are dog lovers and understand the joy pets bring to families, we must prioritize the comfort and safety of all our guests as well as the preservation of our boats. Therefore, pets are not allowed on our regular eco tours due to the potential for increased wear and tear and because not all guests may be comfortable around animals.

Private Charters: For those who wish to bring their family pet on an adventure, we offer the option on private charters. You can include your pet for an additional fee of $75, ensuring that everyone in the family gets to enjoy the experience together.

Thank you for understanding our need to balance the interests of all our guests and the maintenance of our vessels.

BYOB & Alcohol Policy

BYOB Alcohol Guidelines:

Beer and Wine Welcome: Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine aboard for consumption after the tours activities. For safety and compliance with Coast Guard regulations, please present your beverages to the crew during boarding. Our crew will serve you to ensure both passenger safety and compliance with federal laws.
Glass and Hard Liquor: For the safety of all on board, we ask that you avoid bringing glass beer bottles. We also recommend avoiding hard liquor, as it can be challenging to monitor effects, especially in combination with heat and physical activity.
Consumption Monitoring: The crew reserves the right to restrict alcohol consumption to maintain a safe and family-friendly environment.

Smoking Policy:

No Smoking or Vaping: To ensure the health and comfort of all our passengers, smoking cigarettes, cigars, or vaping is not permitted during the tour.
Federal Regulations on Marijuana: Please note that despite state laws, as a federally regulated vessel, we must adhere to federal laws that prohibit the use of marijuana in any form aboard.

Punctuality, Parking & Traffic

Punctuality

To ensure timely departures and respect for all our guests, please arrive at the boat and be ready to board 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Regrettably, we cannot delay departure for guests who arrive late and are unable to offer refunds or reschedule missed trips unless trip insurance was purchased.

Parking

Parking availability varies significantly depending on the time of year and time of day. During peak periods, such as holidays, finding parking can be particularly challenging. To avoid stress and ensure a relaxed start to your adventure, we recommend allowing ample time to park. The area around the dock is scenic and worth exploring, so arriving early offers the added bonus of potentially spotting fish or manatees!

Traffic

Traffic in town is generally manageable, but if you’re traveling from Miami, be aware that delays are possible, especially if there’s an accident on US1. To mitigate potential delays, we highly recommend considering our optional trip insurance, which allows for last-minute changes to your plans without penalty, please review trip insurance, reschedules are based on availability.

At Honest Eco, we are committed to delivering exceptional eco-tour experiences. If you join one of our tours and feel that the experience did not meet your expectations in terms of crew performance, we offer a remedy to ensure your satisfaction.

Guarantee Details:

Eligibility: This guarantee applies only if you have participated in the entire tour. Please understand that we cannot extend this guarantee to guests who miss the boat.
Compensation: If your experience falls short, you can submit your request here, we will issue gift cards valid for a future tour. These gift cards are valid for five years, giving you plenty of time to plan your return visit.
Exclusions: Please note that this guarantee does not apply to private charters.

My wife and I throughly had an amazing time together with our captain Kristen and our Guid Heather! We took out on the squid for a incredible trip out to explore the natural beauty of the Keys reef line and crystal clear waters! To top it off we managed to catch a view of a few dolphins 🐬 on the way back in! They took their time and were always very professional. I will also add that they don't overpack the boat so it's an intimate experience. Fifteen to eighteen people can seem like a lot. But when you see the other boats crowded with over 20 to 25 you realize how great it is to not be crowded. Thx HE for an unforgettable honeymoon experience!

My dad and I took the afternoon Dolphin Watching + Snorkeling + Sand Bar tour on board the SQUID with Captain Mo and Charlie. I grew up with a bunch of reef aquariums, so it was a real treat to go snorkeling with Charlie, a marine biologist, as our guide. Super knowledgeable, great at pointing out fish and birds and sharing interesting facts. While snorkeling we saw blue tangs, juvenile and adult gray angelfish, butterflyfish, grunts, hogfish, porkfish, grouper, parrotfish, coral, sponges, and we got to hold a sea hare and sea urchin. They also kept us out for a little extra time to watch a pod of 16+ dolphins. Highly recommended! Captain Mo and Charlie know what they’re doing!

Wowowowowoow! Such a great experience. You get what you pay for and we were BLOWN AWAY with all we did in 4 hours! Dolphins, snorkeling, sandbar, snacks, all of it. We saw dolphins, spotted eagle rays, sting rays, barracudas, squids, and a bonnet head shark! Really lovely. Captain Mo and Sara were the best. We went on the Squid boat for the dolphin watching, snorkeling, and sandbar excursion, and it was fantastic. Captain Dan was super cool, and Sarah, his first mate, was just as cool and funny too! We saw a couple of pods of dolphins during the dolphin-watching portion, and when we snorkeled, we saw nurse sharks, groupers, stingrays, barracudas, parrotfish, and a lot of other sea life. The sandbar was a perfect way to end the tour. We chilled out in the water, and Sarah brought us fresh fruit while we were in the water!! Talk about top-notch! The boat was full with 16 passengers, but did not feel crowded. The captain and first mate were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We saw dolphins in the “dolphin playground”, including a baby, really enjoyed watching them. The snorkeling was spectacular!  It was a bit windy and the water a little choppy, so I was worried the snorkeling wouldn’t be great; thankfully I had nothing to worry about.  The water was crystal clear, saw multiple huge sting rays and nurse sharks, as well as so many beautiful fish. The rainbow parrotfish were huge!  Some of the best snorkeling I’ve done!  Relaxing at the sandbar was wonderful as well. The first mate prepared and served fresh veggies and hummus before snorkeling, and fruit at the sandbar. Highly recommend enjoying fresh pineapple on a sandbar! Next time I am in Key West I will definitely book another trip with Honest Eco.  It was my favorite part of this trip!

Captain Noah, and first mate Sarah (apologies if I misspelled your name) were the perfect guides on the squid. They made the adventure laid back and were incredibly knowledgeable about Key West in its entirety. Non stop jokes, knowledge of marine life, great choice in snacks, and adventure spots, made it a way better experience than your high end booze cruise. They took us to some excellent spots and made every minute count. Every day brought a new adventure, from beach days and waterfront activities to kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, and boating. Their favorite day was the catamaran trip, where they spent the day on the water kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, and making memories with an amazing crew. What impressed me most as a parent was how well the camp was run. Jenny and her team created a fun, relaxed environment that gave kids the freedom to explore and play while still feeling safe and supported. She always had a wonderful group of helpers, including experienced teachers, and it showed. I was especially amazed at how well kids of different ages connected throughout the week. There were younger and older kids, boys and girls, yet everyone seemed to get along naturally. The atmosphere felt calm, inclusive, and genuinely enjoyable rather than chaotic. My boys came home every day excited, happy, and full of stories. It is clear that Jenny puts her heart into creating meaningful experiences that help kids connect with nature, the ocean, and each other. If you’re looking for a summer camp that gets kids outdoors, off screens, and making unforgettable memories in Key West, I highly recommend SQUID KIDS Camp. The Squid was clean, well cared for, and comfortable.   While seeing dolphins is not guaranteed (they are wild after all) we were fortunate in that we both saw them and were able to observe them for a period of time. The snorkeling was great with varied ocean life and the sandbar stop at the end was so unique and such a nice way to finish the trip. Our group of five booked this just a couple of days before our trip (it is NOT tourist season so booking fairly last minute worked for us, don’t try this during tourist season) and was one of the best decisions on our trip to the Keys area.   If you are wondering if you should book, say yes!  Remember to tip your crew at the end, they work hard and no one on the boat felt neglected or ignored.

 Verified  Best Key West Dolphin Tour! Just the best experience! The small group of only 12 guests made it really special! Captain Alexa and 1st mate Clair were so attentive and instructional. We had a great dolphin experience with about 2 dozen dolphins playing around the Squid catamaran, had a nice long snorkel trip at the Florida reef and enjoyed a nice sandbar swim.  Verified  Amazing day on the Honest Eco Squid boat!! We had an amazing day with Kristen and Charlie on the Honest Eco Squid boat! The weather was beautiful and calm and perfect for seeing dolphins and snorkeling! The snacks (fruit and veggies with hummus) were great and we learned lots of interesting information about the Key West area and all of the marine life we saw. We saw so many incredible types of marine wildlife including tarpon, goliath grouper, barracuda, nurse sharks, lemon sharks, sea slugs, sea cucumbers, sea urchin, starfish, and so many more colorful reef fish! The crew was top notch - friendly, personable, and full of great info about sea life and island life. We felt confident in their ability to provide a safe, fun, and informative trip. The dolphins didn’t get the memo that they were supposed to make an appearance for us ;), but we saw a sea turtle on our way out and an abundance of marine life while snorkeling. We got a bonus stop on the sandbar to swim and some healthy snacks to recharge during our trip. This is a must do excursion if you’re in Key West.  Verified  Great family experience with the experts What sets this experience apart is the great crew and insights they could offer both on board and in the water. Great to have a guided snorkelling pointing out the sights and detail explaining them. Great for our 3 kids (12, 9, 7) that could enjoy all snorkelling time or flex to return to boat easily enough whilst great to have the expert insights to the dolphins too - appreciated the little extra time we had on the boat to see them. Kudos to Charlie and Libby for our trip. Having previously done a small private charter from hotel for similar purpose last year I would favour and recommend the Honesteco trip. The squid boat and group perfectly sized whilst fruit and veg and all eqipment if needed all great. Would do this again or try a different trip with them for sure.

My family took the Squid snorkel/dolphin watch and it was the best tour we have been on. Saw tons of cool fish and lots of dolphins. The boat was clean and fruit and veggies were fresh and excellent. Both Libby and Claire were awesome! There probably aren’t two people who love their jobs more. Thanks so much for an awesome afternoon. The crew was so friendly and helpful and shared their knowledge about the area and wildlife. It was so nice to be on a smaller, locally owned boat with only 5 other people. Dolphins swam right up to the boat, the snorkeling was amazing and they took us to a beautiful sandbar for swimming.  Verified  Informative, well led, small group trip - highly recommend. Small group trip on Squid, great crew - Captain Chase & marine biologist Charlie. Very informative, took great care of us, and whilst we did seek out the dolphins there was no disturbing them, just observing. Snorkelling was well led, explaining why floats are a great addition and I highly recommend using one as advised. Super masks - no fogging or leaking if you follow the very clear user instructions. It was a bit windy and at first no boats were finding dolphin' so we snorkelled a bit which was fun but conditions were only fair. Charlie pointed out lots of fish species and sponges and corrals.  Jessie was manning radio and standing watch and eventually another  boat spotted dolphins. So we packed up the snorkel gear and headed that way. However on the way Jessie and Charlie spotted some baby dolphins playing. It ended up being probably over a dozen with cows and babies and several males. Charlie talked a great deal about their biology and habits of the dolphin and other animals we saw. . It was wonderful. We have been on several dolphin tours around the world but this was by far the best. Incredibly informative. And the fun personalities of out captain Jessica  and crew Charlie made it a terrific and memorable cruise. Highly recommend!!!

 Verified  My favorite experience in Key West! I'm so glad we had this experience!! Jess and Charlie were amazing. The Squid is a really cool boat. We had yummy refreshments before and after snorkeling. I was thankful for the small group, especially going out to the reef and seeing other tours out there with boats crammed with tourists. Jess did a great job of keeping us separate so we had a more intimate experience. Charlie and Jess took their time with us. They were funny, engaging, and so incredibly knowledgeable. They told stories and shared facts with such enthusiasm! The snorkel equipment was clean and well taken care of. We saw some beautiful fish during our snorkel on the reef. My friend and I struggled to get back to the boat, due to an unusually strong current. Jess jumped in and got us back to the boat. We felt safe and well taken care of, all the way around. We found a pod of dolphins, including a baby. Charlie explained all kinds of interesting things about the dolphins, and we were able to quietly and respectfully follow them around for a while. It was awesome. On the way back, a high school girl told Jess and Charlie that she wants to be a marine biologist. They both proceeded to share information and tips about how to get her foot in the door, what to be prepared for, and what things she might do (like collecting sea lion poop)! It was so interesting to hear their stories, and heartwarming to see them share their experience and love of what they do to inspire the next generation!  Verified  HonestEco Snorkeling & Dolphin Cruise with Bryan & Capt. Lonnie My wife and I enjoyed every bit of our time out with the HonestEco team on the “Squid”. We had a small group enjoying the day and looking for dolphin. Without early luck we decided to snorkel. Bryan was our private guide as the others decided to stay on board. Bryan guided us through the sponge garden which was super cool and a unique experience for us as experience snorkelers. We observed a lobster and a nurse shark hiding amongst the sponges! Very cool! Back on board we were treated to some yummy snacks of fresh fruit and really good hummus! We continued to look for dolphins. Capt. Libbie and Bryan were working theirs contacts until we got the call. Dolphins! A small nursing pod! Bryan did an awesome job explaining what we we seeing including a new born baby (1-2 days old) in the pod! Both Bryan and I had our cameras out and were snapping away! What a treat! Bryan even captured our proposed name for the new born baby - Pebbles after our dog! Checking with Bryan to see if it was accepted! Would recommend touring with this team 100%! I was so impressed with how kind and supportive they were with my 10 year old son, they welcomed him right up to the helm and he stuck with them the whole trip, he felt so comfortable.  Verified  So Glad We Did This. Amazing! Interesting and thoroughly enjoyable. Going out to explore to explore a sponge garden and watch dolphins feed on tidal flats all around is truly thrilling. Captain Dan and Guide Heather shared intel about dolphins, cormorants, and so many other fish and birds we saw on our journey. The snorkeling was fun.  Verified  Amazing gulf adventure We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Squid’s dolphin and snorkel trip. Charlie and Kristen were awesome! They both seemed to be enjoying themselves too! It was very comfortable and informative. They put safety and comfort first. We saw many dolphins. Didn’t see much while snorkeling, but it was still enjoyable!  Verified  Repeat customer talking about a repeat fantastic performance by Honest Eco! This was our THIRD trip with Honest Eco, our first on the ship Squid. We had THE BEST time. Our crew (Andrew and Sam) were approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. This company is clearly very respectful of the Key West ecosytem. We saw SO many dolphins who came very close to our boat, without us baiting the waters. They were so close, we could have touched them - we could even hear them talking to one another. The guided snorkel was also fun (saw nurse sharks and SO many different types of fish), and the sand bar was the perfect way to relax at the end of the trip. Both are very knowledgeable about the dolphins, and the area where we snorkeled. The waves were high so Andrew provided options for more comfortable snorkeling. The area he took us to was very interesting. We appreciated that Heather snorkeled with us as she could point out interesting things. They were friendly, funny and even remembered all of our names during the trip. They pointed out so many things and shared lots of information!  Verified  A fantastic Day on the water. We had a wonderful afternoon on the Squid! The Captain Wade and his crew, Brian (otherwise known as the marine biologist/dolphin researcher, guide, caterer and all-around great guy) were very friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. We saw many dolphins, some of whom Wade and Brian knew by name by their location and shape of their fin! The snorkeling was beautiful and we saw lots of fish, urchins, a ginormous grouper, a huge hermit crab and of course lots of coral.  Verified  Honestly Awesome My husband and I went on Honest Eco’s dolphin & snorkel 1/2 day adventure. It was awesome! They filled the boat (Squid) with only 16 people, which made for a personable experience and plenty of room on the boat for viewing. The captain & crew were very knowledgeable about the various marine life we encountered, naming the types of fish, birds & turtles. We came across some dolphins being very active & playful in the water, which they explained the reasons for the behavior.  Verified  Relaxing, fun AND educational. Let's face it, sometimes the weather isn't perfect for snorkeling and the dolphin aren't interested in hanging out near the boat.. That's when an experienced crew can make or break an outing for their guests as we found out on our recent, overcast excursion. We had a great time onboard the Squid and Brian made sure we were all entertained and well informed about everything. His knowledge of the area, sea life and Florida in general was impressive and kept everyone engaged. He also acted as our guide while snorkeling and assisted us by pointing out and identifying various forms of sea life. The boat's configuration lent itself to socializing with other passengers and that too added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. The snacks provided were fresh and hit the spot.  Verified  Very relaxed tour with lots of interesting information The tour was a real treat. in a small group on board the "Squid" on the way to see dolphins and a reef for snorkeling, we received a lot of very interesting information from Matt about the special features of the aquatic world around Key West. He really knew his stuff - to the point that he could recognize and name many of the dolphins by their fins... Afterwards, while snorkeling, we saw a number of fish, including a stingray and even a hammerhead shark! It was a real treat on the boat, including the culinary supplies (raw food dip, fresh fruit, water). The only small downside: the originally solar-powered boat has unfortunately now been converted to petrol - what a shame...

 Verified  Dolphin watch tour was incredible! We took the dolphin watch tour on the boat Squid this week. What an incredible experience. The crew was so knowledgeable and I learned so much about dolphins and the coral reef. We got to snorkel and saw beautiful fish including tarpon and grouper. The snacks were delicious and the day was so memorable. Their boat was clean and comfortable, plenty or room for everyone to feel comfortable.  Verified  Did a 4 hour snorkel and dolphin watch with Captain Eric and First Mate Brian on Squid. They are fantastic. Incredibly friendly, fun, and so knowledgeable about everything about the boat (electric, I believe the only electric boat tour company in Key West!) but also about the reefs, snorkeling, dolphins-they know them by markings and have names! No plastic, all of the food served was on real plates, no plastic cups or silverware. This company lives up to their name....hyper focused on being environmentally friendly and providing a fabulous time!!! We saw a bunch of dolphins, tons of fish and other sea life. Brian snorkeled with us and pointed to everything he saw to make sure no one missed a lobster, fish, conch, you name it! Loved to hear about Captain Eric's 30+ years working on boats in Key West and elsewhere was incredible to hear about. 5 stars! Would love to come back and try Blu Q, one of Honest Eco's other boats that does sunset sails and snorkel/kayak trips. Will definitely be back!

 Verified  Honestly amazing. We chose Honest Eco after a trip on The Squid back in 2020. This time we went for the 6 hours tour and it was one of the most memorable days we’ve had on the ocean. Captain Kyle and our resident marine biologist Rachel were fantastic hosts and guides for the day. The weather couldn’t have been better, with calm seas and sunshine (although a spot of rain on the way). Everything about the day was amazing. Small group of like-minded guests, excellent lunch, lots of knowledge about the ocean and wildlife from Rachel. The snorkelling was the best ever. The water was warm (we didn’t use wetsuit, even being in the sea for about an hour), and calm and clear. We have always used flippers when snorkelling but this time we just used the float jackets provided and floated on the surface, watching the world beneath us. What a world it was. Rachel pointed out so much wildlife including lobsters, crabs, lion fish, sharks and much more. Rachel also used a go-pro so no need to take any photos of anything and she shared everything after the trip. It was truly magical. Then we stopped for an excellent lunch served up from a local organic deli (Date & Thyme, a must visit), before heading off to the mangrove islands for kayaking. We’ve kayaked in the keys before, and there’s always so much to see. Rachel accompanied us and again gave us lots of information, and we even took over the go pro for a video through the mangroves. Like the time before, we didn’t manage to see any dolphins on the trip, but they are wild animals and don’t put on a show for travellers, so it didn’t really matter. We loved the eco-credentials of this tour company. They really do care. Such a shame that the reef has reduced so much, but we must hold out hope for our oceans and do everything we can to keep them clean and teeming with life. Thank you Honest Eco, and thank you Rachel and Captain Kyle for a beautiful day.

 Verified  Fantastic tour with a SUPERB crew! Captain Sarah and First Mate Rachel were fantastic! It is amazing how much these two know about the Keys and the ecosystem there. As a tour that doesn't bait or actively try to attract the dolphins in any way, it amazes that they still are able to find them. It is a testament to their skill and knowledge. Rachel is an enthusiastic teacher and is full of fun an useful facts... ask her about dolphin teeth or ANYTHING about sharks lol! You will come away with not only having seen some of the worlds most intelligent and graceful creatures but also learning about their habits and abilities. Sarah and Rachel did everything possible to make the trip enjoyable - right down to providing blankets for some of us (it was a morning tour and a bit chilly out on the gulf) It really was a fabulous trip - if you are on the fence, I highly recommend you book, you won't be disappointed! PS - for engineering nerds and those who are environmentally aware, the SQUID is a fantastic piece of engineering, complete with solar panels!  Verified  Best 4 hours spent in Key West My husband and I had a reservation on a Tuesday afternoon but due to low signups, it was canceled the morning of. (It happened to be Fantasy Fest this week, so most people prob preferred to party on land hah) We were reconfirmed for the next morning, and to our surprise, we were basically given a private charter for regular price! We had Captain Sara and Rachel aboard for our trip. They were a joy to hangout with for 4 hours; truly an amazing and educational time! We learned so much from the both of them - personally and professionally - and their excitement for the water, marine life, and education was so contagious. One of the reasons we chose this company was because of their electric boat SQUID. We had *perfect* weather and water conditions. Their electric boat is quieter and can access shallower waters through the sandbars. We saw a turtle, a shark, a squid, sting rays, jellyfish, many lobsters, a cute shrimp, fish, lots of beautiful corals and oceans of sea grass. Unfortunately the one thing we didn’t see was dolphins, but they are wild after all and we knew it just would be a bonus if we did catch a glimpse of them. Rachel had a GoPro and sent us a gallery of our underwater photos - a very generous gesture! We were provided snacks like fresh hummus from Date and Thyme and a beautiful spread of fruits, both prepared by Rachel. 100% recommend this company! I only wish we had more time to do a longer trip. Both Captain Sara and Rachel made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. The work that this company is doing is inspiring and I know without a doubt that the research and educational outreach they’re committed to will be impactful to the dolphins and overall marine biology. Ps: l’excursion dure 4 heures contrairement à d’autres avec des prix plus bas mais qui ne dure que 2 heure… le temps passe très vite sur et dans l’eau. + il y a des toilettes à bord + il y a une douche pour se rincer après la plongée Réserver vite car vous ne regretterez jamais de découvrir ce lieu paradisiaque en respectant l’environnement et les animaux marins Ema Radia et Laurynas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and my wife enjoyed every second, we were able to see some dolphins and enjoy the experience. Definitely would recommend this location and this crew. Very dope host on the eco squid.  Verified  Had a great morning/afternoon out on the squid with Mary and Jesse who where both very knowledgeable and accommodating. They provide water and fresh fruit and veggies which where needed I feel and delish.  The water was beautiful and snorkeling was a lot of fun it was my first time,great experience. I will mention (thanks to my husbands suggestion) we both took some dremanine to combat ocean sickness which really really helped and we had some extra to offer to our other patrons on the boat I highly recommend. We did see one dolphin which was enough for me and other great sea life on our snorkel. I would recommend honest eco tours for sure thanks guys!!

 Verified  We only had two days in key west and could not have been happier with our choice to spend 4-5 hours on Billy’s boat!! The group was small and super friendly. Our hosts were phenomenal, full of knowledge, clearly very passionate about their work, and catered to everyone’s needs. Our day on the squid was the highlight of our trip, complete with multiple dolphin sightings (they came right up to the boat!) and excellent snorkeling! Thank you so much!

Put on your sunscreen, leave your cares behind and come aboard the Squid for a uniquely awesome Key West adventure.Captain Mary skillfully navigated the waters while expert Biologist Jesse provided encyclopedic knowledge on everything from nautical geology to all manner of aquatic animals. And if that weren't enough, he even arranged lovely (and healthy) snack plates.You'll see dolphins cresting up from the water. You'll relax as the Squid gracefully whisks you out to sea.  Verified  We had a great time aboard the Squid. Janet and Jessie were excellent hosts. Plenty of organic fruits and veggie snacks were provided. The snorkelling was great. Jessie would point out certain fish when he found them. Dolphins were spotted many times, coming very close to the Squid. We saw 2 mama dolphins with their babies. Great location, you are near Duval street, so when you are finished, easy to get to a place for lunch-Conch Republic has a great catch of the day sandwich. I would definitely recommend Billy’s Company for anyone who wants a great experience. There were only 12 guests, which is the max, made it a great experience.

 Verified  This is a great independently owned and operated company. We were on the Squid and it was awesome. Jeff and Caleb were very knowledgeable and friendly. We also had the fortune of meeting the owner Billy. All three of them were awesome. They really care about conservation while providing you a great experience. This was our first trip to Key West and my wife was petrified of the ocean. They did a great job making her feel comfortable and she snorkeled/swam in the ocean for the first time.
