Cancellation Policy & Other Considerations

​Please take a moment to review some information that, while maybe not super exciting, is good to know!

Cancellation Policy


While our trips feature Small Group sizes, we do not oversell them and your spot is guaranteed to be available when you arrive on time. You can rest assured you will be able to go on the trip you booked, at the time you booked it.

Once purchased, tickets can be refunded until 72 hours prior to scheduled boarding time. Within 72 hours of Trip Boarding, we will not be able to refund or reschedule your trip.

Private Charters can cancel up to 30 days before their trip.

You can edit your own reservation online! If you are past the 72 hour cancellation period or 30 days for private charters you can request a cancellation by filling out the form below. This is only a request for cancellations. We can not honor any cancellation if its past the cancellation period time of 72 hours for our public trips or 30 days for private charters.

We Cannot and Do Not Issue Refunds if a guest misses their Scheduled Trip.

When you purchase a ticket it is for a spot on a specific boat at a specific time and that spot is reserved specifically for you(r group).

We don’t oversell our boats, which means you don’t have to stress about getting bumped from the trip you booked, but just like a court date, you have to be there on time or you’ll miss it! And that’s never good!

Cancellation Request Form


The activity runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive a full refund.


•The spots you book will be available when you arrive on time for boarding.

• No questions asked, self serve cancellations and rescheduling up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled Trip’s Boarding Time

• Please ensure on time arrival to the boat. Because we have other guests on board the boat, unfortunately, we cannot hold the boat at the dock past scheduled boarding time and departure. If you miss the boat we are unable to issue a refund.

•For Private Charters, we can wait for late guests, however we will still need to return on time for crew and boat scheduling.

Chilly Weather

It can be chilly on the water and we have plenty of space on board, so please feel free to bring anything that may help keep you comfortable while out with us. Especially between the months of November and March, it can be quite chilly out on the water. Please bring layered clothing, windbreakers and/or blankets.


Travelling, especially abroad, and participating in new activities can lead to unsurety on who might accept tips as a source of income. We hope we can respectfully offer some guidance by expressing the following:

Our captains are both US Coast Guard licensed professionals and members of the service industry. If you feel that your captain provided excellent customer service for you and enhanced your experience, then you may decide to leave them a tip at the end of your trip, just like you might with a server in a restaurant. A customary gratuity is based off of 10-20% of the ticket price and is never asked for and is never required. No matter what, we always do our best to give you an excellent experience. We know that you have many wonderful options for activities and we greatly appreciate you choosing us!



There is a pay parking lot on Caroline street that is very close to our boat and is found directly across the street from restaurants Pepe’s and Harpoon Harry’s. There is bike parking all around.
