SQUID Kids Summer Camp

Our Free Range Kids Camp in Key West encourages children to explore their environment independently, make decisions, and solve problems on their own, cultivating resilience and self-confidence in a safe setting.

Your child will have a summer experience where they direct their own activities. Each day is filled with possibilities that could include kayaking to a nearby island to build forts in the sand, engage in various sports at local parks, invent new games, or express their artistic sides through art projects. Our role is to provide the space and support needed while allowing the kids to lead the way. This approach fosters a sense of ownership and pride in their day, enhancing their natural inclinations toward empathy, empowerment, and confidence. As they navigate through these self-led adventures, campers not only enjoy the thrills of summer but also develop lasting skills and friendships in a setting that truly understands the value of intentional, flexible play.

• Free-Range Fun: reliving the carefree, unstructured summers of the past.
• Fresh Feasts: All-inclusive eats: organic popsicles, energizing snacks, and favorite lunches.
• Sail & Splash: 2 boat days: snorkeling, kayaking, and island hopping on Honest Ecos catamarans.
• Friday Night Celebration: Parents enjoy an evening Sunset Sail while kids and their siblings party at movie night.
• Energy Station: All-day access to organic treats and drinks.

Every day at Camp is an adventure! We will send out an email with a list of what to bring, but to ensure each camper is prepared, the below are guidelines:

• Personal Items: Backpack with spare clothes etc.
• Sunprotection: Hat, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Sunshirt is best!
• Water Bottle: Stay hydrated at our refill stations!
• Swim items
